At Fashion Trendsetter, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping & Customs Fashion Trendsetter ships to select international destinations. For international orders, please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient
- Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Jeweloasiss@outlook.com with your order number and supporting documentation. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Fashion Trendsetter is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
